1.肿瘤药理学研究(Tumor Pharmacodynamics Study)
运用分子生物学技术,肿瘤细胞株培养和体内裸小鼠移植瘤模型等一系列肿瘤药效评价体系,从分子、细胞和整体动物三个水平全面系统深入地评价覆盖细胞毒类药物、新生血管生成抑制剂、耐药逆转剂、分化诱导剂、受体或非受体型酪氨酸激酶抑制剂等分子靶向药物的临床前药效及抗肿瘤作用机制研究。
Study on molecular, cellular and whole animal, use tumor efficacy evaluation system, such as molecular biology technology, tumor cell lines culturing and nude mice transplantation model and so on, to conduct preclinical drug efficacy and anti-tumor mechanism research on molecular targeted drugs which including: cytotoxic drugs, angiogenesis inhibitors, reversal agents, differentiation inducer, receptor or non-receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitors, etc.
2.心血管系统研究(Cardiovascular Pharmacodynamics Study)
主要针对治疗心肌缺血、抗心律失常、抗高血压、抑制血小板聚集和溶血栓药物以及抗动脉粥样硬化和降血脂药物的筛选及临床前药效学评价和机制研究。

3.中枢神经系统研究( Central Nervous PharmacodynamicsStudy)
针对目前临床严重威胁人类健康的重大疾病中风建立了缺血性脑中风(4动脉闭塞全脑缺血模型、电凝/线栓/光化学法所致大脑中动脉闭塞引起的局部性脑缺血模型)和缺氧-复氧、谷氨酸、炎症因子等诱导大脑皮层原代神经元细胞、海马神经元细胞、脑微血管内皮细胞损伤模型,建立一系列涵盖了从酶、受体、组织、整体动物模型到模式化动物等多个研究水平,全面系统地对抗缺血性脑损伤药物进行临床前药效学评价及作用机制研究。

4.内分泌系统研究(Endocrine System Pharmacodynamics Study)
主要通过药物和/或饮食诱导的Ⅰ型及Ⅱ型糖尿病模型及啮齿类动物转基因模型,运用糖耐量和体外糖苷酶活性检测方法、血糖钳及分子生物学等技术全面开展抗糖尿病及其他代谢疾病创新药物的临床前药效和机制研究。

建立化学损伤、应激损伤和免疫损伤引起的胃、肠溃疡模型;体内、外观察胃、肠运动和动作电位实验方法。
